Stage 1 · Survey
The site, the risks and the hours.
Four security services, all delivered by licensed officers under written post orders.
Deterrence is most of the value, and deterrence requires being visible and alert rather than seated behind a desk looking at a phone. Supervisors check shifts unannounced, and we would rather you heard about a lapse from us than discovered it on camera.
The site, the risks and the hours.
Written, specific, agreed with you.
Briefed before the first shift.
Unannounced checks, reported to you.
Checkpoints placed where they matter.
Varied, not predictable.
Each point scanned and timestamped.
Sent to you, including nothing found.
The chronic problem with patrols is proving they happened. Electronic checkpoints timestamp each visit and the report goes to you, so a patrol is evidence rather than an invoice line. Timing is varied deliberately, because a predictable patrol is a timetable for anyone watching.
Construction theft is usually organised and informed — somebody knew what was delivered and when. Controlling and logging access, and varying patrol timing, removes most of that advantage. We also document the site condition at handover so disputes have a baseline.
Access points, lighting, blind spots.
Who may enter, and logged.
Nights, weekends and shutdowns.
Condition and incidents recorded.
Numbers, venue, alcohol, timings.
To the crowd, honestly.
Entry policy and escalation agreed.
Incidents documented afterwards.
Event security is staffed to the guest count and the venue layout, not to a budget. We will tell you when the number you have asked for is too low — an understaffed entrance at a busy event is how incidents start, and that is a conversation worth having beforehand.
